We live in the capital city of Uganda, called Kampala. It has ~3 million residents. This region of Africa is collectively known as East Africa.
Uganda is bordered by Sudan to the North, Congo to the West, Rwanda to the SouthWest, Tanzania to the South, and Kenya to the East.
Kampala is located on the shores of Lake Victoria, the largest freshwater lake in Africa, the 2nd largest in the world.
Statistically, Uganda is ~84% Christian and 11% Muslim. After suffering many years of dictatorial rule, Uganda is currently enjoying 35 years of religious freedom under a constitutional republic government system.
